How to report a safety concern or block a match in the 1:2 app.

In the app, open the ID (Profile) tab and select Report a Safety Concern. You can submit a concern without a match. If you are matched with someone, open the conversation menu to report that person. Reports are sent to the moderation queue for review.
Open a match conversation and select Block Connection. The person is removed from your matches and discovery results and is not notified of the block.
For concerns about the website or child safety outside the app, contact [email protected]. If someone is in immediate danger in the UK, call 999.
