Delete inside the app

The quickest method is available to signed-in users:

1. Open 1:2 and select the ID tab.
2. Open account settings and select Delete account.
3. Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

What is deleted

• Your 1:2 authentication account and profile information.
• Profile photos and chat videos held by 1:2.
• Matches, swipes, messages, safety check-ins, and associated app activity.
• Stored verification, subscription, and notification state linked to the account.

Processing and limited retention

Web requests require ownership verification and are normally completed within 30 days. Deleted information may remain in secured backups for up to 30 additional days. Limited payment, fraud-prevention, safety, or legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law, which can be up to six years for UK financial records. Data retained for these purposes is restricted and is not used to operate a dating profile.
